To pull up over the Islands

Land around PR or to the NE 

and then what?

Keeping this short today. This is not a day to go long on speculation as much as to watch and wait in real time. I'll update later today IF NHC blinks, IF models hop on more than hop off. And, really I want to see what it does in real time on the satellite imagery, what it's got going there. IF it gets a good signature on Earthnull which it does not yet, but this was always forecast to be later in the week time wise for development.
