Ala Carte 1 Cafe by Westside

The restaurant’s chef-signature Kare-Kare features slow-cooked oxtail served with savory peanut sauce and shrimp paste. Home Style Sinigang offers a comforting sour broth with a choice of shrimp, salmon, US beef or pork belly.

Ala Carte 2 Cafe by Westside

Other Filipino favorites include Adobo, Crispy Pata, Lechon Kawali, Pinakbet with Bagnet and Pancit.

The menu then takes diners beyond the Philippines with a selection of international dishes.

Ala Carte 3 Cafe by Westside

For Southeast Asian flavors, guests can try Seafood Laksa, prepared with prawns, squid, and mussels in Malaysian coconut broth, as well as Pad Thai and Black Pepper Beef.

Available every Saturday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the buffet brings together Filipino and Asian favorites, Indian and Middle Eastern dishes, Western classics, freshly prepared selections and desserts.

The format gives diners the freedom to create their own meal. You can begin with familiar Filipino dishes, explore international flavors, return to your favorites and finish with dessert.

The variety also makes the buffet suitable for groups with different preferences. Families can choose from several cuisines, while friends and colleagues can sample different dishes throughout the evening.

For those who enjoy discovering new flavors, the buffet provides an opportunity to try dishes they may not normally order from an à la carte menu.
