The government is bringing the issue of the European Union back into the debate as it seeks to take on Nigel Farage. Speaking to Sky News, Government Minister Stephen Kinnock says that Brexit was "an act of economic self-harm" and that it also "reduced our sovereignty because they said they would improve the control of our borders, but precisely the opposite has happened".
