Watch live as the business secretary addresses a major business conference this morning, as he seeks to woo over the sector ahead of the budget on Wednesday Peter Kyle will be speaking at a Confederation of British Industry's event, where he will announce proposals to cut the cost of electricity bills by 25% for more than 7,000 businesses. Speaking on Morning's with Ridge and Frost, Kyle admitted the government needs "much higher growth" in the economy. The Cabinet minister added that he is "looking forward" to speaking to the business body, despite the CBI's boss warning that the government needs to change course and make hard choices.
