Sky News has spoken to the head of a UK-based charity providing medical care for Palestinians inside Gaza. Professor Nick Maynard says he's been to Gaza on three separate occasions since the war started two years ago and seen for himself the "appalling humanitarian catastrophe and the genocide that's being carried out".
