President of Estonia, Alar Karis, says Europe's priority should be repairing Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy's relationship with Donald Trump and ending the war. Mr Karis told Sky News, "Now we're thinking about what we can do. How to help Zelenskyy and Trump mend this relationship and what Europe can do to become a reliable partner for the US." He added: "Europe needs us and, and vice versa, US needs also Europe." The Estonian president also encouraged European countries to increase their defence spending, after the UK announced it would increase spending to 2.5% of GDP by 2027.
