Steve DiSchiavi and Amy Allan travel to St. Clair Shores, Michigan, determined to help a frightened family terrorized by violent, invisible forces. Their client, Emily, had moved to the suburbs with her husband, hoping to raise their young children in a peaceful environment. But the family was quickly confronted with disturbing paranormal activity including unexplained illnesses, ghost sightings from the children, and even burns. Steve soon discovers the home was once riddled with numerous, tragic deaths, while Amy encounters several spirits, including a serpent-like creature that stalks the living and tries to cause severe illness.
