Controversial Beagle Farm Now Closed

Today officially marks the permanent closure of Ridglan Farms. On this landmark day, 325 Beagles entered the care of Big Dog Ranch Rescue. In approximately six weeks, the remaining 150 puppies are expected to be transferred, completing the final release of dogs from the facility.

When that final group arrives, the total number of Beagles rescued from Ridglan Farms will reach an astonishing 2,110 dogs.

The achievement represents far more than a large-scale rescue operation.

It signals the end of a facility that housed thousands of Beagles and the fulfillment of a commitment to ensure every remaining dog would have the opportunity for a better life.
