Frasers Hospitality is expanding its luxury portfolio with the launch of Fraser Suites Reserve, a new serviced living brand designed for discerning global travelers who value privacy, comfort, and personalized hospitality.

The new brand combines the independence and familiarity of a private residence with the service standards of luxury hospitality. It builds on Frasers Hospitality’s extensive experience in extended stays while targeting travelers looking for a more refined residential experience.
The first Fraser Suites Reserve property, Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok, will begin welcoming guests in December 2026 at One Bangkok. A full grand opening is planned for March 2027.
Eu Chin Fen, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Hospitality, said the new brand represents the next step in strengthening the company’s portfolio and responding to the expectations of increasingly sophisticated travelers.
Luxury Designed Around Your Time
Fraser Suites Reserve is built around the idea that time is an important part of the modern luxury travel experience.
The brand focuses on creating private, comfortable urban sanctuaries where guests can maintain their familiar routines while enjoying personalized service. The concept is particularly suited to global professionals, long-stay travelers, and guests who want more space and independence during extended trips.
Many rooms will feature integrated kitchenettes, allowing guests to prepare meals and maintain their daily routines during their stay. This residential element is paired with discreet service designed to anticipate guest needs without compromising privacy.
The experience extends beyond the accommodation itself. Guests can expect distinctive dining concepts, wellness facilities, leisure experiences, and Club Frasers, a private lounge designed for socializing, conversation, and curated experiences.
Chew Hang Song, Chief Operating Officer of Frasers Hospitality, described the service philosophy as warm and intuitive while remaining respectful of guests’ personal space.
Wellness Integrated Into the Stay
Wellness will form an important part of the Fraser Suites Reserve experience.
At Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok, the House of Rejuvenation will provide a dedicated space for recovery and relaxation. The facility will combine therapist-led treatments with wellness amenities including thermal pools, cold plunges, compression therapy, dry flotation and red-light therapy.
Guests will also have access to The Wellness Edit, Frasers Hospitality’s proprietary global wellness program.
The program focuses on simple routines that guests can incorporate into their daily schedules. The goal is to make wellness a practical part of travel, particularly for guests managing demanding professional commitments or frequent international trips.

Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok will serve as the global debut of the new brand.
The property will begin welcoming guests in December 2026 through a phased opening, with its grand opening scheduled for March 2027.
The 255-room property will occupy the top 10 floors of a 45-story premium office-and-retail tower at One Bangkok, one of the city’s major mixed-use developments.
Its location at the intersection of Rama IV Road and Wireless Road places guests within easy reach of Bangkok’s dining, entertainment, shopping, and cultural attractions.
The property will also offer panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline and the Chao Phraya River, adding another dimension to its urban setting.
Additional details about the hotel’s dining venues, facilities and guest experiences are expected to be announced ahead of its opening.
A New Option for Luxury Extended Stays in Bangkok
With Fraser Suites Reserve, Frasers Hospitality is positioning its newest brand for travelers who want the flexibility of serviced living alongside the standards associated with luxury hotels.
Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok is expected to appeal to business travelers, international professionals, families, and long-stay guests seeking a residential-style base in central Bangkok.
Its December 2026 opening will mark the beginning of the brand’s global expansion, with further Fraser Suites Reserve properties potentially bringing the concept to other major destinations.
