A man has admitted drugging his wife to rape and sexually abuse her over more than two decades. The man, who is in his 60s and from the Stockport area, has pleaded guilty to a total of 60 charges between 2004 and his arrest in October last year at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court. Sky News, along with other media organisations, is not naming him or his wife as it would identify her. She sat in the public gallery holding hands with, and being comforted by, family members as her husband entered guilty pleas over 18 minutes. Sky's Greg Milam has the latest from outside the court. #rape #sexualabuse #manchester #court #skynews #skynewslive #breakingnews Read the latest: https://news.sky.com/story/husband-admits-drugging-wife-to-rape-and-sexually-abuse-her-over-20-years-13585745 SUBSCRIBE to our YouTube channel for more videos: http://www.youtube.com/skynews Follow us on X: https://twitter.com/skynews Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/skynews Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/skynews Follow us on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@skynews For more content go to http://news.sky.com and download our apps: Apple https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/sky-news/id316391924?mt=8 Android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bskyb.skynews.android&hl=en_GB Why not listen to one of our podcasts?
