The optimism which greeted the peace deal in Gaza is being challenged already. Israel is halving the amount of aid entering Gaza, because of what it says is Hamas' failure to return all the bodies of hostages. Hamas has transferred the remains of four more hostages, but the bodies of some twenty others are still unaccounted for. President Trump added to the pressure on Hamas, with a stern warning of violence if the group refuses to disarm.
