A total of 15 cases of meningitis have now been notified to the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), the agency says in a statement. It says this update is accurate as of 5pm yesterday. The agency says that all cases have been hospitalised, and four of them have been confirmed through testing as the MenB strain. UKHSA previously reported 13 cases of meningitis, including two young people who died, in Kent.
