A police officer who was wrongly identified as the PC who arrested a teenager who lay dying after being stabbed has been forced to relocate. Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood told MPs that officers had received threats after the death of Henry Nowak. Vickrum Digwa, 23, was jailed for life for stabbing the 18-year-old to death in December. Digwa falsely told police that Mr Nowak had racially abused him, prompting officers to handcuff the university student as he lay dying.
