The ship’s itineraries include Hubbard Glacier and Ketchikan, where travelers can choose from outdoor activities such as fishing, kayaking, hiking, and ziplining.
North Star, the signature glass observation capsule, takes guests more than 300 feet above the ocean on Quantum Class ships like Quantum, Anthem and Ovation of the Seas.On board, passengers can take in panoramic scenery from the North Star observation capsule, which offers elevated views of the surrounding landscape.
Anthem also features SeaPlex, an indoor activity area with activities for families and groups. Dining options include Jamie’s Italian and Johnny Rockets.

The newly amplified Ovation of the Seas will sail 7-night Alaska cruises from Seattle between May and September.
The itineraries include Sitka, Skagway, and Juneau, plus scenic cruising through Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier.
Travelers can explore Sitka’s natural surroundings and cultural heritage, discover Skagway’s historic character, and experience Juneau’s mountains, waterways, and glaciers.
Ovation also offers plenty of activities between ports. Guests can try the RipCord by iFly skydiving simulator, visit the new Sound Cellar, or enjoy drinks at the Pesky Parrot tiki bar.

Serenade of the Seas will offer 7-night cruises from Vancouver from May to September.
The itineraries showcase Alaska’s mountains, temperate rainforests, and wildlife-rich coastline, with destinations including Icy Strait Point, Prince Rupert, and Juneau.
Outdoor enthusiasts can try the zipline at Icy Strait Point, hike around Prince Rupert, or explore Juneau’s historic district.
Back on the ship, passengers can enjoy the rock-climbing wall, poolside movie nights, and live music at the Schooner Bar.
Serenade’s design also makes the surrounding scenery a major part of the onboard experience. The ship features more than three acres of glass across its exterior spaces, giving passengers views of Alaska’s landscapes while sailing between destinations.
Voyager of the Seas: Alaska From Seattle
Voyager of the SeasFrom April through September, Voyager of the Seas will offer 7-night cruises from Seattle.
The itineraries include Sitka, Juneau, Skagway, and Victoria, British Columbia, letting travelers combine Alaska with a Canadian port.
Shore experiences can include visits to national historic sites, mountain viewpoints, and coastal destinations. Travelers may also encounter Alaska’s wildlife during excursions and scenic cruising.
Voyager offers activities for different types of travelers. Families can try ice skating, Laser Tag at Studio B, mini-golf, and arcade games, while adults can relax at the Solarium.
New Seward Terminal Enhances the Alaska Cruise Experience
Travelers beginning their Alaska adventure in Seward will also have access to a new terminal developed through a collaboration between Royal Caribbean Group and the Alaska Railroad.
The new facility is designed to simplify arrival and embarkation while offering views of the surrounding mountains.
Its location next to the Alaska Railroad station also makes it easier for travelers to connect cruise and land travel.
The project is part of Royal Caribbean Group’s SEA the Future corporate responsibility initiative. The company says the facility will also benefit the local community by providing a year-round gathering space for sports, youth programs, group activities, and community events.
The terminal has also supported initiatives such as a small-business accelerator program for local entrepreneurs through Port Partners.
