Smart subscribers can conveniently access and stream content through strategic partnerships using Direct Carrier Billing (DCB). This payment method allows subscriptions to be charged instantly to their prepaid load or postpaid bill, providing millions of Filipinos—many of whom may not have a bank account, credit card, or e-wallet—with access to premium entertainment.
