The holidays can be great fun but for a lot of us they can also be overwhelming, overstimulating and downright stressful. Think moms who plan, cook and organize everything, people who have to manage feuding family members being in the same room, those who live alone and don’t have anyone to share the holiday season with or just people who’ve had a lovely time but feel the fatigue of it all and need a reset after the culmination of a long year.
