Swiss officials say sparklers in champagne bottles held too close to the ceiling appear to have caused the deadly bar fire in the ski resort of Crans-Montana on New Year's Eve. In a news conference, police commander Frédéric Gisler also confirmed the nationalities of the 113 people injured. They include 71 Swiss nationals, 14 French and 11 Italians. Six people are still not identified. Specialists have been called in to help identify victims of the disaster - some of whom remain in a life threatening condition.
