Russia's ambassador to the UK has admitted to Sky News that Russian progress on the battlefield has slowed. Speaking to Yalda Hakim - Andrey Kelin said President Putin's war against Ukraine had taken a toll on the Russian economy and the country couldn't afford to lose the war.
