This week, the newest land in the world formed due to a little known volcanic eruption in India. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, the Lewotobi volcano produced a series of two major explosive eruptions. And, in Ethiopia, increased degassing was observed at the Hayli Gubbi volcano. Today's video will discuss these stories and list the 45 volcanoes which are actively erupting around the planet through the perspective of a geologist.
