Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayThis week, Japan's Kirishima volcano produced a large eruption, sending a plume of ash more than 5,000 meters into the sky. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, the Lewotolok volcano threw lava bombs more than 1,500 meters (nearly a mile) in a series of eruptions. And, also in Japan, the alert level of Mount Aso was increased due to increasing volcanic tremor. This video will discuss these stories and list the 46 volcanoes which are actively erupting around the planet through the perspective of a geologist. Note: This video's thumbnail image displays a 3 year old photo of Mount Etna erupting in Italy. Mount Etna is not currently erupting like shown in tis photo.
