This week, an unusual earthquake swarm occurred at a highly scenic volcano that many locals incorrectly think is extinct. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, the Raung volcano erupted once again, sending a plume of ash 1,500 meters above its summit. And, in Sumatra, the Kerinci volcano is experiencing elevated levels of unrest and has an increased risk of soon erupting.
