Three detainees at a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) field office in Dallas have been shot by a "possible sniper". Two of the three victims have died, an ICE spokesperson said. The third person is in hospital. The three people shot do not include the shooter, who is dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
