MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Owning a vivo smartphone could come with more perks than users realize. The brand is encouraging Filipino smartphone owners to activate their vivo Accounts to gain access to a range of digital services, after-sales support, and exclusive Membership benefits.

Activate your vivo Account, unlock more benefits
From free screen protectors and maintenance services to repair assistance, warranty tracking, data backup, and even loaner phones, the vivo Membership program is designed to extend the benefits of owning a vivo device well beyond the initial purchase.
For travelers, busy professionals, and everyday smartphone users who depend on their phones for everything from photos and communication to digital payments and navigation, having these services readily available can be particularly useful.
A vivo Account Is More Than Just a Login
Activating a vivo Account gives users access to several services designed to simplify smartphone ownership.
One of the most useful features is the E-Warranty Card, which allows customers to check their warranty status and policies digitally. That means users can keep important warranty information accessible without having to search for a physical warranty document.
The account also provides access to vivo Cloud and EasyShare, giving users tools to back up photos, contacts, and messages, and to transfer data when moving to another vivo smartphone.
And if a phone goes missing, Find Hub can help users remotely locate, lock, or erase their device.
There are also options to book repairs, find service centers, and contact vivo customer support via Messenger, WhatsApp, and Live Chat.
For users who like troubleshooting their own devices, vivo also provides self-service tools to help test, optimize, and manage their smartphones.
The Perks Get Better as You Move Up the Membership Levels
vivo Membership benefitsThe vivo Membership program has three levels: Member, Silver, and Gold.
The level is determined by accumulated EXP points. Customers earn:
- 1 EXP point for every PHP 1 spent on a phone
- 10 EXP points per day for signing in to vivo.com
- 1,000 EXP points for registering an account
Here’s how the membership tiers currently work:
| Member | 0–29,999 |
| Silver | 30,000–39,999 |
| Gold | 40,000 and above |
The higher the membership level, the more benefits become available.
Free Screen Protectors and Maintenance Are Among the Perks
Even the standard Member tier comes with several practical benefits.
Members receive one free screen protector each year, as well as up to 12 free maintenance and inspection services.
Other Member benefits include mobile phone detection, free repair service, free mail-in repair service, and free shipping for purchases worth at least PHP 1,000.
For customers who reach Silver Membership, the benefits increase to:
- Four free screen protectors per year
- Loaner phone service
- Free shipping for life
Meanwhile, Gold Members get even more benefits, including:
- Six free screen protectors per year
- Priority customer service
- 10% off repair parts, up to three times per year
- Loaner phone service
- Free shipping for life
For frequent smartphone users, these perks could translate into meaningful savings over the course of a device’s ownership.
Why It Could Be Worth Activating Before You Need It
Smartphone problems rarely happen at convenient times.
A cracked screen can happen before a trip. A phone can suddenly stop working when you’re traveling. And losing a device can mean losing access to photos, contacts, messages, and other important information.
That’s why having warranty details, repair options, support channels, and device management tools already connected to a single account can be useful.
vivo Philippines Brand Marketing Director Liu Lu said the program is intended to make post-purchase services easier for customers to access.
“Membership is intended to make the services customers need after buying a vivo phone easier to access and understand,” Liu said.
By consolidating warranty information, device support, repair services, and Membership benefits into one account, vivo aims to provide customers with continued value throughout the life of their smartphones.

The good news? Setting up an account doesn’t require a lengthy process.
Users can open the vivo Store app on their vivo smartphone, select Me, and sign in using their Google account or email. They can then select Member to view their account information and current EXP points.
Customers can also ask vivo Product Experts in stores to help with account registration and E-Warranty activation.
According to vivo, the entire process takes approximately two to three minutes.
That makes it easy for new customers to activate their accounts when purchasing their phones—and for existing users to set up their Membership benefits.
More Than a Smartphone Purchase
Smartphones have become travel companions, work tools, entertainment devices, cameras, wallets, and communication hubs all rolled into one.
With that in mind, the services that come after the sale can be just as important as the phone itself.
By activating a vivo Account, customers can bring together warranty information, device support, repairs, data-management tools, and Membership perks in one place.
For Filipino vivo users, it may be one of those simple smartphone features that’s easy to overlook—but potentially useful when they need it most.
