Join Cathy Newman live from Liverpool where Labour are hosting their annual party conference - with Andy Burnham delivering his first conference speech as prime minister. Burnham built his speech around the conference slogan ("Hope again" - the words with which he ended his keynote speech) and the message of positive-thinking momentum he has been hammering. As expected, Burnham vowed from 2030 to "adjust" the pensions triple lock - the state pension increasing year by whichever is highest out of inflation, wage increases or 2.5%. Turning his attention to Europe, Burnham promised to "lay out to the country" different "options" on EU relations to see "if we can find consensus" around one. So, what are the 'options' Burnham will offer?
