Sky News correspondent Connor Gillies has spoken to a whistleblower from a hospital where infected water was linked to children dying and dozens more patients being poisoned. The whistle-blower, a doctor, believes that fatal infections could have been avoided at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
