On Saturday, an unexpected explosion occurred at a hot spring in Wyoming's Yellowstone volcano. This occurred at the exact same spot as a larger explosion last July, suggesting that a change might have occurred in the hot water resevoir beneath at least a portion of the Biscuit Basin. Today's video discusses why the explosion occurred and what it all means through the perspective and analysis of a geologist.
