China is facing widespread flooding as the remnants of Typhoon Dolphin bring torrential rain across several regions. Beijing, Henan and Hubei are among the hardest-hit areas, with some locations receiving more than 200 millimeters of rain in 24 hours. Streets have turned into rivers, vehicles have been trapped in floodwater, and transportation has been severely disrupted.
