Strong winds are hitting several regions of China, with powerful gusts recorded in Shanxi, Hebei, Liaoning, Shandong and Beijing. The winds are shaking trees, breaking branches and damaging or destabilizing billboards, banners and temporary structures. In Sichuan, Chongqing and Guizhou, strong winds are also occurring with rain, affecting roads and urban areas.
